Dr Harper, Terri and Elizabeth Hall, RN attended the 25th annual American College of Phlebology conference in Los Angelos. Dr Harper participated in various committees, Terri spoke on a sclerotherapy expert panel and Elizabeth did a presentation on skin changes in venous disease.
