From the initial phone call to the greeting with the receptionist and nursing staff to the diagnostic assessment and consult with Dr. Kenneth Harper and our clinical team, our desire is to put your patient at ease. 

Upon completion of the evaluation, we review our findings and recommendations with your patient and you, enabling them to make an informed health care decision while including you in their care plan.

Vein Specialists of the South provides Comprehensive Vein Care^®.  We treat both the underlying cause of their problem and the visible varicose and spider veins.  We treat varicose veins, spider veins, facial veins, hand veins, venous ulcers, and leg swelling. Our minimally invasive treatments include Endovenous Radiofrequency Closure (Venefit), VenaSeal™, Varithena^®,  Ambulatory Phlebectomy, Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy, Cosmetic Sclerotherapy, Laser Therapy, and Lymphedema therapy.

Comprehensive Lymphatic Care

Vein Specialists of the South is one of a few Vein care teams in the country to offer a fully integrated lymphedema care in a vein care practice.  We provide comprehensive lymphatic care for leg swelling and lymphedema and lipedema. Our occupational therapist lymphedema team is committed to the overall health and better quality of life for your patients with leg swelling.  

About Dr. Harper

Dr. Kenneth Harper is the founding physician of Vein Specialists of the South. Leading the way in vein care, in early 2000 Dr. Harper was the first in Georgia to offer endovenous radiofrequency closure as an alternative to vein stripping. Since that time he has personally performed more than 9,000 endovenous procedures and introduced a number of other cutting edge vein technologies to the Central Georgia area. With that kind of innovation and experience, you can rest assured you are placing your patients in good hands.
